Midterm Formative Teaching Opinion Survey

This announcement is to notify all students regarding the Midterm Formative Teaching Opinion Survey. As the semester reaches its midpoint, students are encouraged to provide immediate feedback on course pacing, examples, and presentation materials. This midterm survey allows the Teacher to understand current learning conditions and adjust teaching arrangements in real time to benefit students in the current semester.

1. All responses are strictly anonymous, allowing students to express their opinions truthfully.
2. The feedback is provided solely as a reference for the Teacher to improve teaching and is not included in the Teacher evaluation assessment.
3. Students are advised to provide specific suggestions, such as requesting lecture notes to be uploaded in advance for preparation, to maximize the benefit to the class.
4. Survey Period: Oct. 18 (Sun.) to Nov. 7 (Sat.) for a duration of 3 weeks.
5. Survey Method: Students must log in to the iLearn platform and submit anonymous responses according to their enrolled courses.
